T’ai Chi Chih is a series of gentle yet profound movements focused on the activation, balance, and circulation of the body’s intrinsic energy, called Chi. T’ai Chi Chih is an original, modern, movement practice that utilizes ancient principles for creating health and well-being. A joyous, non-violent form of moving meditation, TCC is performed slowly and softly. Following an Earth Based Path Earth Based Spiritual Path Group We meet monthly on the second Sunday of each month in room 27 of the RE building.  We usually come together  after the last church service has ended.
