Find your place in our work together.

Each Sunday we share that while love is the spirit of the church, service is its law. Through service our faith becomes real. We serve in partnership – building relationships at every turn – both within and beyond the congregation.

Current Opportunites

Auction Volunteers

Auction volunteers help us pull off this annual fundraiser. Tasks include check-in, check-out, monitor silent auction tables, and help in the kitchen. We also need people to help with setup during the day on Friday, November 10.

Email Sara Steen at (or call her at 303-786-8131) if you’re willing to help out. Let me know what you’re interested in helping with!

Volunteer to serve on an RE Teaching Team!

Our fantastic Religious Exploration Program is Cooperative in nature.
That means that we all do it together! I am now recruiting teachers for our 2017/2018 Religious Exploration Program.
Please consider helping in this important way. WE NEED YOU!
It is fun, easy and the very best way to learn more about our faith tradition, it’s history, practices and living tradition. You serve on a team so the commitment is just one or two Sundays per month and training and ongoing support are provided.

    Sunday Morning Hospitality

Be part of the team that makes Sundays “Can’t Miss”. Our Ushers, Greeters, Coffee Baristas, and Newcomer Team members are the first face of our church and you can be part of it.

    Faith Family Hospitality

Working with our partner, Congregation Har Shalom, we provide housing and meals for up to four families experiencing homelessness for a week, four times a year.
FFH is a ministry of care, relationships and presense, and it a wonderful opportunity for families to serve together.

During my time with FFH as we walk beside those families experiencing homelessness, I have felt grateful, humbled, joy, commitment, and hope.
Our journey with these families began five years ago when Sue Ferguson came to the front of the church and spoke of the need for shelter for moms, dads and their children who are trying to get on their feet.
Along with many others, I committed to being a part of this program. Many families have stayed at our church experiencing hospitality and respite from their many challenges. I’ve sat at the dinner table with them and talked or been silent as the occasion called for; I’ve given and received hugs from the children. Those times are cherished memories.
