Unitarian Universalist congregations are democratically run by their members through their elected leaders. Our elected leaders work in partnership with the Senior Minister. The Board and elected leaders focus on governance: vision, mission, and oversight. The Senior Minister and staff focus on ministry: the implementation of the vision on the ground in partnership with Ministry Teams. Learn more about how we structure governance.
