The holiday season often brings unwelcome guests — stress, depression, and loneliness.  This year we have extra challenges from the pandemic – creating more uncertainty and worry. This six-week program will teach us mindfulness techniques to stay calmer, healthier, and more present as we negotiate this busy time of year. Each session will include guided meditations, breathing techniques for stress reduction, and learning everyday mindfulness tips.
