Sacred Earth Journey Groups invite participants into engagement with indigenous understandings of reciprocity with the sacred earth.

The six-session curriculum delves into two extraordinary texts: Robin Wall Kimmerer’s “Braiding Sweetgrass”, which provides deep understandings of how we are connected to the earth, and Rebecca Hecking’s “The Sustainable Soul”, which offers spiritual practices and reflections that deepen that connection.

If you are looking for grounding in this time of climate chaos, wisdom to reconnect you to the cycles of the earth, or simply companions for reflecting on the best-selling “Braiding Sweetgrass”, this journey group is for you.”

My Grandmother’s Hands anti-racism somatic practice groups are groups of eight people working together over ten sessions to identify and learn to process the racism that lives in all of our bodies. We use My Grandmother’s Hands by Resmaa Menakem to guide our work. The groups launch every January, for 8 sessions (every other week), plus an opening and closing retreat.

Being the caregiver for a loved one who is living with dementia can be both rewarding and challenging. This group offers members a confidential space in which to share their caregiving experiences and provide support to one another.
