Event reservation and promotion
IMPORTANT: Due to staffing transitions, there may be unusual delays in the ability to promote events during the months of February and March. Group leaders are encouraged to self-promote within their own groups as much as possible.
All requests for events, activities, promotional planning and marketing must be submitted through this form in order to enable our team to plan appropriately and dedicate resources to support these items. If you are requesting an event promotion, please submit your request at least two weeks prior to the date you wish promotion to start.
If this is an urgent request or in response to a national event/catastrophe, please email Katie Watkins at Katie@foothillsuu.org.
Childcare is not provided for most events, but if you have an event that you think may benefit from childcare, please contact Lauren Farley at lauren@foothillsuu.org.
