Social Justice

Our justice work engages a small group ministry model, allowing those who work for justice to pause, reflect, and engage the spiritual values at the roots of our partnership.

Relationships

Our social justice groups partner with organizations and individuals to maximize impact.

Sustainability

We don’t believe in short-term fixes. We are committed to justice for the long-haul.

Interconnectedness

As UU’s, we value our interconnectedness with all beings in the web of life. None are free until all are free.

Struggling Together

Our justice work is rooted in spiritual practice, fueling our hope when the work is most difficult.

Share the Plate

At Foothills, we collect a weekly offering at each Sunday Service. Our community is completely financially supported by our members. However, we don’t keep the entire offering for ourselves. Each month, we share half the offering with a local community partner.
