T’ai Chi Chih is a series of gentle yet profound movements focused on the activation, balance, and circulation of the body’s intrinsic energy, called Chi. T’ai Chi Chih is an original, modern, movement practice that utilizes ancient principles for creating health and well-being. A joyous, non-violent form of moving meditation, TCC is performed slowly and softly. TCC is easy to learn. Most students can learn the movements in two months by enrolling in classes that meet once or twice a week. The elderly and young alike can learn it. TCC does not require a particular level of physical fitness or coordination or any special equipment.
Students of any ability level are welcome in this class. Seated modifications are shown as needed. Taught by accredited instructors Lisa Stroyan and Doriane Tippet.
