An event every week that begins at 10:00 am on Monday, repeating indefinitely

T’ai Chi Chih® is an easy-to-learn, joyful mindfulness practice, or moving meditation, with 19 movements and one pose.  T’ai Chi Chih activates, balances and circulates the natural energy, or “Chi,” of the body.  Great health benefits come from regular practice. It is not an exercise,  religious practice, or martial art; it is totally non-violent.  The movements and principles can be learned in as few as eight lessons and can be done by anyone regardless of age or physical condition, including those in wheelchairs.
