Foothills’ evening Vespers Services are moving outside for the summer! You’re invited to our summertime Sunset Vespers Services at Spring Canyon Community Park in Southwest Fort Collins. These services will be held once a month throughout the summer, on Tuesday evenings at 7:30pm.

These 30-minute services will provide an opportunity to pause, reflect, and share in the beauty of nature together. You’ll hear readings and prayers from lay-leaders in our community, and songs of gratitude and love led by our Music Director, Benjamin Hanson. Individuals of all ages are welcome to attend, including families with children. There are playgrounds nearby for children and youth to use with parental supervision, and paved walking paths around where the service will be held.

Feel free to come early to socialize with other members of the Foothills community, to enjoy a walk around the park, or to assist with setting up for the service.

Important Details:
We will meet in the Southeast corner of Spring Canyon Community Park. There is parking on the South side of the park, close to where the service will be held. To get there, drive West on Horsetooth Road until the road ends, then turn right on Sgt. Nick Walsh Way into the parking lot. Park as far East as you can, close to the large playground. Follow the sidewalk East up the small hill, and you’ll see the Foothills Banner in the grass, marking our meeting place.

We encourage you to bring lawn chairs if you would like to be seated – we will be out on the grass, not on concrete or near many benches.
