Last night, we met with over 50 congregants in person and online. We launched The Grove at our Town Hall meeting. The Grove is a new concept that we are initiating to help our most engaged community members to have easy access to the institutional information that they care about and that we can use your help in managing.Â
There are often details going on at the organizational level that are not a part of ministry but they affect how we provide ministry. Things like, the state of our building, engagement trends, financial matters, communications questions. The Grove is an intentional community to share these details with those that want them, while not overly inundating newcomers and other community members who do not need to interact with this information.Â
The Grove is open to anyone who wants to join. It’s an effort toward greater transparency and increased resiliency as we continue to grow in numbers.
