meditationOur ongoing Mediation Group will meet on the 2nd & 4th Mondays of each month from 5:30 – 6:30 pm in RE Room 227  Led by church member Jay Ham

This meditation group is an opportunity to explore meditation techniques designed to promote relaxation, build internal energy and develop compassion, love, patience, generosity and forgiveness.  Meditation as a spiritual practice is often used to clear the mind and ease many health issues, such as high blood pressure, depression and anxiety and create a sense of well being. Stop by on you way home from work to experience meditation and begin your week in a mindful way.
